I try to add contours, but when applied, anywhere they cross just get removed and never cut what so ever.

this is completely ridiculous!! and shouldn't even be an option! why would you EVER not want to cut on the contours you are literally SELECTING to be cut. This is why nobody serious uses fusion and prefer solid works with real toolpath and not dumb flip compensation that hardly works for the tools either. But just heads up you can't even select separate contours without not being able to  not to mention if you want to make a custom form mill you'll be littered with errors. So tired of this garbage software and now can't even cut this without splitting it into tens of operations, pathetic.

Hi,

I would strongly recommend that you do the embedded tutorials in the Fusion Documentation and also some of the

Self-Paced Learning to help you to learn fusion faster and better. They can be found here:

It is also much easier for the forum to help you if you attach your file AND a screenshot of what you want to achieve

and what the problem is. You can create a file to export like this:

Time spent on the tutorials and self paced learning will not be wasted. Also check out the three RULES that are

pinned to the forum for further guidance.

If SolidWorks could do what Fusion does then everybody would use it - but it cannot.

Before making sweeping criticisms about Fusion why not do a little study and learn how to use it properly first.

I had better tell the user who works at the company that develops the landing gear for Airbus and uses Fusion

that he and his company are wrong and they should change to SolidWorks. Just one little "nobody" company.

Funny how Haas thinks fusion is so bad they are investing in it. Another "nobody" company.

Fusion is so bad that there are only Millions of users. You are correct - there should be Billions. What Garbage!

Cheers

Andrew
