- On the top-tight corner of the screen click Sign in and then enter your Autodesk ID.
- In the middle of the screen click Education and trial support.
- For the topic, select Software for students, teachers and schools.
- Select the desired topic.
- Depending upon the selected topic, you can add a description for your issue and then click See options.
- On the next screen you can click on the option to:
- Live chat.
- Create a case.
- Self-service options.
- On the top-tight corner of the screen click Sign in and then enter your Autodesk ID.
- Student support
- Open a support case or chat with an agent
