Hello F360 Community,
We just recently discovered an issue regarding files being saved to newly created projects.
UPDATE: AS OF THIS MORNING THIS ISSUE SHOULD NOW BE RESOLVED. ALL DATA SHOULD SAVE WITHOUT SEEING THIS ERROR MESSAGE. IF YOU ARE STILL SEEING THIS, PLEASE LET US KNOW.
Projects created between 5:20pm PDT (June 20th) and 7am PDT (June 21st) may currently be unusable, we are working to correct this and expect to provide an update in the next 24 hours. In the meantime please don’t create new designs or import new files in those projects.
This has been flagged as a high priority issue and we are currently working on a solution. We anticipate that there should be a fix within 24 hours and that projects are recovering slowly currently.
Workaround:
New projects created now may see a short delay before they become usable, retry mechanisms inside the Fusion client are able to work around this but some misleading error messages may be shown, so let it try to save for a few minutes - it should go through. If not, try to save to an older project and if worried, manually export your data (guide here)!
I apologizes for the disruption of your work and the confusion and truly do appreciate all users that have worked with me and our team in order to help track this down in a timely manner. You guys are great!
I will try my best to update this post rapidly, but please follow updates on our Health Dashboard here.
Thanks,

James Youmatz
