All - we're experiencing outages that are impacting data access interactions. These include but are not limited to Open, Save, Upload, Export and Viewing. We are working actively to correct the problem and will update this page once it is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

For those actively working, I'd suggest working Offline and staying offline until the issue has been resolved.  You will otherwise notice poor performance and possible errors if you remain online during the disruption.

All - we believe to have found the fix, and are in the process of final testing and rolling it out soon.

We believe we have resolved the issue and are ramping back up the affected services.  You should hopefully be seeing things return to normal shortly, but please let me know if you are still having problems.  Thanks again to everyone for your patience!

Still having problems not being able to see MyHub files when hitting "View version" and when opening file in Fusion 360, it shows notification "Failed to download file from A360". Time is 11:06 EST.

@shaische222 - thanks for the information.  It looks like we are indeed seeing issues ramping back up, so cannot call this fully restored yet.

Can you please post instructions for those of us who don't know - how to work offline? Been having a lot of problems lately with Fusion 360 since updating to Sierra.

EDIT: Nevermind, I should google before asking 🙂 https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Indeed!  This knowledge article should help.  Re: issues with Sierra, have you been crashing, and if so, getting Crash Error Reports?

Hi there !
I am experiencing the same problems with Fusion struggling to open.. loads of beach balls and then a "Read access denied" when trying to open my projects..
I see on the health dashboard that a maintenance is scheduled for the 17 of december.. so in 10 days.. How can that be right? Will we be all experiencing this problem for the coming week?
I have several deadlines to meet this week.. I can't afford not to be able to use fusion..
What can I do and what is going to be done with the maintenance?

@Anonymous

We've just experienced an unexpected service outage; many apologies for this. More info here:

Rest assured we're trying to get this fixed asap. In the meantime, it should be possible to continue working in Offline mode per these instructions:

Ah, looks like it's a severe problem as I'm getting "read access denied" and etc, I even cleared user cache. Hope my files will still be intact once service comes back.

If only I'm able to access to all my files especially in those standard part projects. Can't finish my work now 😞

@O.Tan - once you've cleared the cache you unfortunately will not be able to access any of your recent projects even in offline mode.

@JDMather - that's terrible.  Please keep an eye on this forum thread, where we'll be posting the latest breaking news on progress of resolution.

Hmm, I thought it states clearing cache doesn't affect design data?

You know, you're right @O.Tan - but you still cannot access recent data offline after doing this?

Hmm, I'm not sure if the outage messed things up but upon going to offline mode I was able to access my file, I already created a save as copy in case something goes wrong

Sorry to contradict you @brianrepp but @O.Tan is right, the clear cache command removes a lot of state data but not the designs. Those should continue to be available in offline mode.

Thanks,

Bankim
