Repeating hole command

When making a subsequent hole identical to the first, most of the fields auto-populate with info from the previous hole, as they should. However, the tip angle reverts to 118 degrees. I often need to make it a 180 degree angle to prevent cutting an adjacent part, so is there something I can do to make this easier?

Thanks!

Hi @Ronthomp,

Can you post a screencast of what you are seeing?  I tried a simple case, and Hole seems to remember tip angle from one hole to the next.  But, that is just a simple case, and perhaps yours is different.

Thanks,

If you use the dropdown to select a previously used value, it will not persist to the next time the Hole dialog is shown.

Thanks for your help. I downloaded Screencast, made a video, and uploaded it.

Thanks, @Ronthomp and @Anonymous,

That's the missing link, all right!  Choosing a value from the dropdown does not get remembered.  That is definitely a bug, and I will get it entered.  In the meantime, if you type the value, it will get remembered the next time.  It is a little more cumbersome to type vs pull from the dropdown, I realize.

Thanks, I'll try that. Another work around is choose which bodies to cut. I look forward to the fix!
