Render - me or a bug

As you can see, the HE4 appears fine in the Model mode. But when I switch to Render, it is not visible. I have no overrides of appearance, although I have tried to override it all as aluminum, but to no effect.

Switching back to model and everything is fine.

And switching to Animation, everything is great.

Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous

Seems like it may be a graphics related issues. I'm not sure which OS you are running, but if you're on Windows, could you try updating the graphics driver from the Intel, AMD, or Nvidia website?

If that doesn't help, could you provide your graphics diagnostics information?

1. Go to Graphics Diagnostics in the Help menu

2. Select Copy to Clipboard

3. Paste the results in a reply here in the forum

I hope that helps.

Hi,

This is likely that you somehow moved the model below the ground plane in render workspace. Please use the "Position" command to adjust the ground plane position so the model is placed above it.

Hi,

Do you mean this is a random problem on your side when you work on this model? If so, It sounds like a bug we should fix. Can you share with us your model(either through email<chengyun.yang@autodesk.com> or public share link) so we can look into it?

Thanks

Chengyun
