Remove white background on logo

Hi, I want to get rid of the white that is around the logo that I have put on the sign.
how can i fix it?

One way is to use a Decal with transparent background:

File and logo is attached. 

By the way, another way is to make a sketch of the logo (either import, or write with the similar font, or trace from image) and use it to split the face and apply a different appearance.

Welcome 🙂 Just searched and found one (font was white, I made it black).

Edit: I also tried the second method (Split Face) with the first 3 letters. It gives you more control, e.g. you can change the color, reflectivity in render etc.
