Hi all,

Rectangle pattern fails in a strange way. This was working 2 days totally fine. Anyone got an idea of how to fix it? I want to render this component and it displays incorrectly.

 sketch is totally fine

 extrusion by 1mm. Everythings great.

I then do a rectangle pattern of this feature. I make the double slot into a 40x9 grid.

Now this rectangle pattern used to work fine. yesterday it started doing this strange outcome. The lines have all been drawn but the holes have been filled back in in a weird way.

When i project from it it works fine. This means all the geometry's there, its just a visual thing, which is a bummer for my render. Any tips? Am i doing something wrong?

cheers

Nic

I have been getting these weird artefacts myself lately. Not sure it has to do with patterns.

I think it's a graphics issue somehow.

Hi nic_marshall,

Thanks for reporting this issue. It looks to me a graphics issue. Could you help tell us on which platform are you seeing this strange behavior? Windows or Mac?

And could you help attach your model here or send it to weining.cao@autodesk.com for further investigation?

Thanks,

Frank

Hi nic_marshall,

Thanks for attaching the model and graphics information. Now I have internally logged FUS-27156 to track this issue and has sent this defect to development team to take a look at.

Hopefully we will get a fix about this problem soon.

Regards,

Frank
