Where can I find recovery files from an unexpected fusion shutdown?

Yesterday I opened a file from a forum post which opens a new instance of fusion and fusion gave me a warning that I had too many instances of the same account open and closed them for me. I didn't realize until today that everything I was working on was not saved. When fusion freaks out and closes unexpectedly there is usually a notice of recovery files shown at the next startup, but not today.

You will find the location of the Crash Recovery files in this Autodesk Article.  Unfortunately crash recovery files are only saved in this folder if the application "crashes".  Your post seems to indicate that your application did not crash but shut down normally.  Crash Recovery files are created at the time interval you set in your Preferences, as well as when you press Ctrl+Shift+S, but they are erased automatically if Fusion closes normally.  They are only preserved it the application truly crashes.

While i was working on a project, my computer had died before i had gotten a chance to save the file, is there a way to recover said file so that i don't have to start all over again?

Any answer would be appreciated.

If I ignored the auto recovered dialogue on startup, then later realized the most recent version was not up to date and work was lost, is there a method for pulling up that dialogue box again, or otherwise getting the latest version of the file.?

If you simply ignored the Recovery Dialog Box and did not "Delete" the backup, then you can click here to return to the Recovery dialog box.
