Recover data after crash

I have done some significant work tonight, but Fusion 360 (version 2.0.1774) completly locked up. Is there anyway I can recover my lost work?

Thank you

Keith.

Hi @Anonymous,

I am really sorry you are having this issue.  I have been reviewing your logs.  It looks like you were working on a file named BirdBox and after the crash/hang, you tried to open it again.  Is that correct?  On opening the file, did you get a prompt that there was a recovery file?  Normally this is how it should work, although I do see something in your log which seems to indicate an issue saving the autorecovery file.

Can you open "Finder" and execute the menu item "Go" > "Go To Folder..." and enter in "~/Library" in the dialog and select "Go".  Once there navigate to "ApplicationSupport/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/XFQ6NSLSDXRL/CrashRecovery.  Are there any files in this directory?  If so, can you send me (kris.berg@autodesk.com) the contents of that folder?

Thank you,

Kris Berg
