Recommendations for using Intel UHD-620?

There are some older posts regarding this onboard graphics card, but I'm checking to see if there are solid recommendations for how to use Fusion 360 with this GPU. I'm a dummy for thinking that a 4K UHD laptop would have a GPU that would be good for modeling/rendering - didn't realize it has no memory and uses system RAM instead. Either way, what I'm experiencing is pretty a pretty pixelated interface and the message when I start Fusion 360 that says I have a crap graphics card. Are there solid recommendations for taking advantage of this card (and the UHD screen on this Dell ultrabook) in Fusion 360? I'm looking for Windows 10 and/or Fusion 360 settings/preferences that will help fix the low-res interface (even the startup splash screen looks pretty gross on this beautiful display) and use the GPU to its fullest inside Fusion.
