Radius and copy

I have drawn a shaft with a keyway at one end. I now need to put a radius in the end of the keyway and then I need to copy the result to put in the same keyway in other locations. Any help would be most appreciated.

I presume you cut the key way with an Extrude along the shaft, resulting with square end plate.  Fillet the two edges with half slot width.

you could also sketch a slot on the top view, with overhang and extrude to suitable depth.

would need more information about use for other models.
