Radial Annotation question

Hi:

 

I'm attempting to dimension a model but seem to be running into a problem when placing a radial dimension. Seems I can't select the curve for dimensioning (top view, inner and outer profile). I'm attaching the model and current drawing below. I've check the tutorials and searched Youtube, but have found no suitable solution to the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @breylon,

Just doing some cursory checks, I think the issue is while the geometry in the view and model appear to be arc's, they are actually splines.  You will notice if you try and measure the outside edges in the model, it only reports the length (selection 2).  However, if you measure the edges inner edges, it reports the diameter, etc (selection 1).  See picture below:

That being said, we have a project in our roadmap to fix this issue. When we get back from holiday, I will try and get more information.
