"this design is in use and cannot be moved"

I'm trying to organize my documents and cannot move certain documents. What is the solution?

Try opening the design, saving a new version and then closing. Let the new version sync to the cloud and then try again.

If that doesn't help, do you know if this design is xref'd?

If you use the Dashboard to look at the file you should be able to see what designs are using the file. Breaking the links to those files is not easy because of versioning, you might have to open the other designs do a Save As to get a design without versions, then delete the originals to get rid of all the old version.
