Will it still be possible to export files in .F3D format? It doesn't seem to involve the cloud and it wasn't mentioned in the announcement, so is it safe to assume that it will be possible to save work in that format?

It appears so from what I read

(copy paste)

You can export to these file formats:

  • Fusion 360 design file (*.f3d)
  • IGES files (.iges, .igs)
  • SAT (*.sat)
  • SMT files (*.smt)
  • STEP files (.step, .stp)

Thanks for the help. Are you sure the information is up to date? I'm fairly sure exporting to non-native file formats will be cut entirely for free users

Found the comparison for the different subscriptions, not sure where now but the personal use exporting is limited to the copy paste formats above. If located I'll

post the link.
