Quality checking to standards?

I'm looking at a 45 page component technical specification document from a corporate and there is a section on 'Drawing Data'.  This company use Catia and mention "....software quality checkers such as:DCS, Q-Checker, ENDCHECK, PQA-DQA, ....."   

This means nothing to me so am wondering if there is anything in the Fusion suite which does this works or meets these requirements?

There are software packages available for these high end CAD systems that for example can preform automatic tolerance stack-up calculations and check for collisions (interferences)between components.

In Fusion 360 you can check for some interference manually in the Inspect menu and that's about it 😉
