Project sketch, a lot of points

Hi!
First of all I had to create an account because with my usual account, it gets buggy when I try to enter the forums.
So, does anyone know why when I do a projection, I get so many dots? It is only in the projection, when I make the drawing as the larger circle comes out normal.

The only different thing is that I copied this file from another file, and all the faces and bodies that I try to project I get dots.

Imported geometry - there are file conversion to Fusion compatible things going on.

Not checked the file.

Might help….

I have previewed all of your sketches and I do not see one containing the points you describe.  I also project the edge you circled into a new sketch and also did not see the points you describe.  Please attach your model and identify which sketch you are referring to.

Hello!
So inside the Fusion360 panel I right clicked copy and in the same panel the project was copied, it was an internal copy.

Because the cylinder is not concentric with the sphere the edge is not a circle when you project the edge to a sketch perpendicular to the cylinder. If you try projecting the surface then you get the 2 surface edges so again not a simple circle.

What you actually get is a spline. If you zoom in you can see the control points.

The only thing you could do is create a plane through the middle of the cylinder then use project intersect to create a circle at the intersection then project to your sketch.
