Project/ Intersect command

I'm trying to build intersecting, orthogonal splines to use in making a lofted surface. It has been suggested that I use the Sketch/Project/Intersect command to create points on one set of splines, then connect the ends of the perpendiculars by making them coincident with the points, which makes a lot of sense. However, there is no longer a pull down menu for sketches, and only a "Project" command, with no "intersect" choice. Has this been eliminated in the newer versions of Fusion, or am I not set up correctly, or ????

Would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Is this what you are looking for?   If so, you have to be in an active sketch to see this menu.
