Been working on a project for the past couple of days and the project has corrupted and I cant open it.

I have loged on to my on line acocunt and tryed downloading a previous version that is ok and "Importing a new version" over the corrupt project and get the following error:

Open downloaded A360 document error, downloaded file is /Users/Alex/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/HFA6K8MNVF23/PLM360Cache/a360proue2985487.autodeskplm360.net/1/19mm6mm Motor Mount 2 v1-V23.5c5552c6-d0ee-4dcc-a519-7a0655f068b6.f3d, error message is Initializing document manifest xml stream failed!

I have went into my the project in my online account and exported a working previous version to a new project and get a similar error:

Open downloaded A360 document error, downloaded file is /Users/Alex/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/HFA6K8MNVF23/PLM360Cache/a360proue2985487.autodeskplm360.net/1/Arm.277fa0dd-a6f0-4450-877f-7f6f4d34e59a.f3d, error message is Initializing document manifest xml stream failed!

How do I fix this is there any way to recover my data?

Hello,

Is it possible to invite me (marshal.tu@autodesk.com) in your project? Or please send me those corrupt data for investigation? The email address is the same with my Autodesk id.

Thanks,

Marshal

Hi,

While you send us the corrupted version, can you also try to directly "promote" a working version ( instead of downloading it and importing it as new)?

I had the same error, it came when fusion recovered a file and I hit "delete" to remove the recovered file. I wasn't able to access the file anymore. Promoting a previous version made it work again
