I don't know if you can, I will presume you have tried all things so far,
Fusion has basic Mesh modelling tools,
Convert the mesh to a b-rep, and the functionality in Fusion is much better.
Might help.....
You did not supply your mesh body so I used one of mine. Mine is very prismatic but that does not make a difference. The attached Screencast will show you the process.

This is so awkward. I can make a "project" from a solid body but can´t "project" a mesh... but if I transform the mesh to a solid I can project... this is so strange. Another thing is that we need to slice the mesh in 3 ou 4 parts and the body split doesn´t work... but you need to use the "plane cut" in the mesh menu that makes the same thing... AutoDesk really needs to improve and simplify these tools.
You can use the same technique I outlined earlier to create section sketches on different cut planes going through your mesh model. Create your planes for the cuts you need and then use the Create Section Mesh Sketch command to create your desired sketch.
