Problme With Drawing dwg Output

When I output a drawing as a dwg file, everything can be seen in the dwg file except for the actual cad lines. The title block, border, dimensions, annotations and BOM are visible but the none of the cad lines can be seen.  None of the data on the MD_Visible Layer is visible.

However, when the drawing is output as a pdf everything can be seen, including the data on the MD_Visible Layer.

What application are you opening the DWG file in?

It looks okay in AutoCAD 2015... I edited the layer color in the below screenshot....
