problems with moving and/or constraint.

Hello All: 

I started a drawing with a sketch with a line from origin to another point in space.  Some of the design uses this line as a reference (there is another line constrained to be perp. to it, and a construction plane through that.) The line somehow (no idea how) got disconnected from the origin.  Now I cannot move the line back to the origin point, nor can I constrain the endpoint of the line coincident with the origin. 

How do I fix this?  Thanks,

Just watched the screencast, my 2cents,

looks to me that the line / point you want to move is dimensioned, and the comment that it is perp to another entity, most likely have it fully constrained.

try removing dimension and the perp constraint, and point should move ok.
