Problem with Ideastation votes

Something's change with the way votes are displayed on the Ideastation. In the past if you voted for an idea the vote icon turned black and you couldn't vote again, now just after you vote the icon changes to an up arrow but when you refresh the page the icon changes back to the blue vote icon. The only indication you've voted is the message saying click to remove, is this something new as well I don't remember being able to remove votes. A couple of time now I've seen the vote icon on an idea I thought I'd voted for so click again thinking maybe it didn't work the first time only to end up removing my vote.Smiley Mad

As long as I've been on the forum (8 months or so), the black icon would let you remove your vote. Now I'm only seeing the black icon on ideas I submitted.

I'm seeing the same blue icon behavior that Mark described in Chrome and IE. Very confusing having the same icon for vote and unvote.

Hey Mark - thanks for the heads-up, good catch!  There has been some work recently on the Forums/Ideastation, so am guessing something likely changed during one of the updates.

BTW... some of the similarities you guys are seeing between Kudos/Votes is because they are the same thing, just skinned differently for the purpose of the IdeaStation Robot Happy
