Problem Uploading f3d file to Autodesk Design Academy

Sir I have designed cubest for design for space challenge it exceeds more than 10 mb I am unable to upload in sqore website please help me how can i send this file to sqore.. Can i reduce f3d file size from 32mb to 10 mb
