Problem setting pivot point when trying to Move a Sketch Object (an ellipse)

Any idea why this isn't working? I'm trying to rotate this sketch curve (an ellipse). In the video you can see that it works as expected the first time I rotate, but resetting the pivot point doesn't seem to work: it still rotates about the center.

@robduarte, I think the problem is because the ellipse center is constrained to the sketch origin.  I think that constraint is keeping that point in a fixed location.  If I have the ellipse away from the sketch origin, or if I delete the coincident constraint, it seems to work OK.
