Problem running Fusion 360 after install

After I install the fusion 360, the fusion can launch because the autolunch after install. Then I closed the fusion 360, try to open again, at first I think because my laptop is lagging, then after i wait more than 1 hours still nothing happen, the ffusion can't open.

Please i need help. I need it to do my project

Now I am using windows 8.1

I couldn't even get it to install on my windows 8 tab. Had to put it on my windows 7 laptop. Good luck, I can't stand windows 8, had it removed where possible.
