Problem moving imported object

Anonymous

I encountered problem moving imported components to the origin. I have a scanned object called Lizard3. when I import it using "Insert Into Current Design", it automatically placed very far from the origin. When I try move it to the origin by using move command - I choose move point to position option and choose the root origin point (you can see that the object and the root origin point are selected in the screenshot) - The Ok button is disabled. What did I wrong, and how can I move imported object to the root origin? (I tried also unlink the imported object, but it also didn't work)

Thanks a lot!

I believe in order to use the point to position move, you need to type in the coordinates to where you want the point to be......   ie x:37mm y:94mm z:136 mm

You have 2 problems. First problem is you have point to position backwards,  point to position you need to select a point on the object you're trying to move then enter the coordinates of where you want to move too. Your second problem is you can't select points on a mesh. Think the only option with a mesh is just dragging, Fusion isn't the right program if you're going to work with meshes.
