Problem in Fillet.

I cut the object with another object using combine,it cut nicely.But when i am applying fillet to the cutting edge,it showing error.Please somebody resolve this,i have uploaded my file.Please suggest some way or do it for me.Smiley Wink

A 0.3mm radius is about as large a radius that will work for you in this case.

I think your problem might be here where the fillet starts to cut into the next face, one thing I noticed is the cutout is not symmetrical, look at the other side. The other point where there might be a problem it the V on the top face if the radius is bigger than the radius at the bottom of the V the fillet will probably fail, one way around this might be to use a variable fillet and have a smaller radius in this area.
