Printing - not 3d

I've need to create a layered card model.

I've created the body, split bodies at every 1.5mm (card thickness) and now I need to print each split body to use as a template to cut the card. The only option I'm given is 3D printing. Is there no way to print out onto a normal printer so I can create the card model?

Autodesk's Slicer program, not used it since was made to be a plug in,

slices the model, with PDF or dxf output.

Sorry can't be more help

Slicer is excellent.

I just tried it. And ordered a bamboo laser cut of my design via Ponoko.com

Everything went well.

Got a free $20 credit for my first cut too.

There is some issue with the dxf file but I'm talking to Ponoko about it as they usually handle SVG files but Slicer is DXF only.

My model was interlocking but flat stacked is an option.
