Preview functionality suggestions

Here is a couple preview functionality suggestions.

- Nesting for waterjet/laser/plasma CAM

- CAM for press brakes (can help populate an almost perfect flat pattern for bending)

- 2D CAM for Punch machines (punch laser combo would be nice too)
