Prescribed Translation and Transient Load

Hi Everyone

I'm doing an event simulation for a craft at the height of 5m. What does prescribed translation mean in my study as I am simulating at an impact velocity of 9.9m/s and what is the meaning of transient load and is it neccessary for my case?

1 - prescribed translation means you are defining a set amount of movement for the simulation. It's useful if you know the deflection and what to see what the stress magnitude is.

2 - transient means time varying. So the translation amount will vary with time.

The link below (starting around 5:15) shows a transient load:

3 - you want to use an initial liner velocity and no prescribed displacement for an impact simulation.

The video below shows how I set up an impact analysis with an initial linear velocity:

As we know that it is very dificult to understand any language without any language translation options.I have checked a different kind of https://isaccurate.com/vietnamese-translation-services site options where many people can easily translate any kind of written content another language to the English language. This kind of facility is always helpful for the students who need the best translation work online.
