Preference to control timing of software updates?

When starting Fusion 360, I often get the "required software update" message. I cannot start Fusion without installing the latest update. Is there a way around this; that is, to start Fusion with the currently installed version and manually install the update later? I've checked preferences, but don't see an option for this. Thanks

Hey @Anonymous , thanks for reaching out. There is no option to manually take an update Fusion 360. This is as-designed so that everyone is on the latest and greatest version and have no disparities in file compatibility between different accounts. Major updates where there are significant new features will force you to update right after it becomes available, but smaller updates (like the one happening tonight) will allow you to get the update, continue working on your projects and the next time you restart Fusion 360, the software will continue to install and complete the update.
