Post Crash, model working on when crash occurs is not available

While working on a model and a crash occurs, and upon restarting  my computer, BTW... IMAC running bootcamp Windows and Fusion.

Anyway, When I try to open a File, I get error message saying, "current model is unavailable" "it is being saved by me... And would I like to open a previous Version?

How do I refresh and/or open a saved backup copy?

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

Could you connecting using A360 website? https://myhub.autodesk360.com

Are you able to see your model as latest version? could you download your latest version?

or can you go here ? if your file couldn't upload to could, it might be saved here.

Windows
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<ID>\W.login\F
Mac
Macintosh HD>Users>"Username">Library>Application Support>Autodesk>Autodesk Fusion 360>"ID">W.login\F

and if you want to get the previous version, we are able to use 2 ways.

1. Data panel

2. A360 download

Fusion 1.PNG

This is what I get when I go to A360

Two files are not available....

While in fusion 360, I see Unavailable......look at the data on the left upper, the same two files are unavailable unless I choose to open an earlier version.

There's a triangle with an explanation mark in it.....

I have gone back to another version and promoted it and am working on it again. It has happened several times and when it does, I will invite you to the file.
