Point to point feature in move/copy is bothering me.

I kind of heavily rely on the point-to-point movement. I always assume this feature is like snapping two things together after I selected them, but this time I guess it is a little different? As the picture shows, I have selected two faces; I want the rod to go into the hole I drilled, however, the "OK" button doesn't seem willing to work.

Does anyone know what should I do?

Where are each of the points?  None are visible.

p.s. A joint will work if they are separate components.

Move is almost always the wrong move (pun intended) as used by beginners.

Stop using Move and use some other technique.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

100% echo what the experts here ( @TheCADWhisperer , @g-andresen , @etfrench are all certifiable experts) are telling you.  Move should be used sparingly, if at all.  However, if you do want to use move, it can work in this situation.  The points here are the centers of the circular faces on the cylinder and cylindrical hole.

Thanks for the help! The points chosen are located in the middle of each plain, I will try if joint will fix this.
