I have done something that has caused my sketch dimensions to read funny. please take a look and tell me how to fix. I am trying to do a simple sketch 26.27 x 19.27 center rectangle. thanks JR

I do not see anything odd about your referenced sketch.  You do have a much larger sketch under Top/Bottom component, sketch 5 that is a good deal larger which will distort the reading of the referenced sketch.
