Place a ball (sphere) on the end of a rectangle

Hi. I'm creating a wall hook and want to place a ball (sphere) on the end of the hook portion. I can create a circle and extrude it, but this isn't what I want. Please help me understand how I can extrude the circle at the end of a rectangle in my sketch as a sphere. Thank you!

Where do you want the sphere? What is the purpose?

Now that I know about the Revolve tool, I'm going to try to teach myself how to make the entire hook arm round. Thanks again!

Then not Revolve.

Sweep with Path and Guide Rail, if you want to get the taper.

Pipe if the taper is not needed.
