pins (callouts) in public view (in web browser) WAY AWAY from the model

Hi,

When I create a storyboard in the Animation workspace and add callouts (pins), they do not display even remotely where they shoul wehn viewed in through A360 web viewer (shared through a public link).

EXAMPLE: http://a360.co/1Wd2IxK
This model has 7 callouts "GREEN" associated with front facing holes in various bodies.
(Of course you have the load the storyboard (upper left side). There's only one. )

When viewed in the browser, often they are so far off the model they can't even be discovered at all!
(If you get lucky and play with zoom you can usually see them towards right way off.)

Is this a common issue? Ideas?
Thanks.
~Filip

Thanks for reporting this issue. I haven't encountered this issue before. Is there any chance you could make the design downloadable? You'll have to enable the "Allow item to be downloaded" option.

If you prefer to keep the design private, please require a password and then private message me the password through the forum.

Having a closer look at the design will help me to better understand what is happening. Seems like something is off here!

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the files! I can reproduce the issue on my end as well. I've submitted report UP-28948 to find out further information.

Thank you for reporting and sharing! I'll circle back with an update as soon as one becomes available. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Thanks,

Ok. Thanks.
(In the meantime, I dropped any consideration of using the public sharing for my purposes. The pins were essential.)

Is there any update? The problem still seems to persist in the year 2024!!!!
