Patching Surfaces in Model

Hello,

Looking for advice on how to convert this surface model into a solid model. I have two planes that intersect and I'm not able to stitch them together unfortunately. Screenshots below:

When I use the patch feature, it only identifies the entire shape, and cuts through the two cylindrical extrudes:

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

If you are expecting to get help with your question, you should attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

That part looks extremely familiar to me. It looks EXACTLY like the seat I helped develop for a Next Boatworks a couple of years ago.

If you cannot share that model publicly then you can share it with me privately.
