Parametrically scale a curved Sketch

Hi all, 

I've parametrically built a model of a house, and drawn a fancy bit on the front, in a sketch. I was wondering if I could scale the curved bit to always fit the same way, regardless of the size of the house.

 

 

I've included a screen shot of it, for you to see.

Hi,

extrude the „fancy“ part and scale the body (non uniform > only xy)
