Parametric Modeling Tutorial

I am new to Fusion 360 and am having a bit of trouble completing the Flat Pack Furniture Tutorial.  Everything goes fine until I create a sketch on the first leg to make the notch in the legs.  At that point, the second set of legs I created by pasting new seems to collapse back into the first set and lock somehow.  I have rewatched and reworked about a dozen times now and really can't see what I am missing.  I even started over in a new file in case the first was somehow corrupted.

Thanks,

Barry Richardson

Hi Barry,

EDIT:

I just went to walk through the workflow, myself, and it seems that there has been a change in Functionality in Fusion that has changed the behavior of the workflow. When you select the front face to sketch on, make sure to click Capture Position instead of Continue, and that should maintain the component's position.

Let me know if that works!
