Over-constrained bug

This seems to be heppening to me a lot lately.  I keep getting an over-constrained error in my sketch when I shouldn't.  See the screencast.

File is attached.  Sketch is named Wolfcraft Back in the component with the same name.

Hi SGoldthwaite,

Thanks for reporting this issue. I have reported FUS-21985 internally to track the problem and have sent this to develop team to take a look.

Actually this problem might be related to the preview feature of "Sketch - Color sketch geometry based on constraint status".  You can turn off this option in Preference, and then go on have a try to add the dimension you want as a work around.

Thanks,
Frank

Hi SGoldthwaite,

Our develop team has provided feedback on this issue. They said actually this problem occurs because the collinear constraint you added had some tolerance issues. Now you can simply delete them and re-add the colinear constraint in this sketch, then the issue should be gone.

Please let me know if this could help you solve the problem.

Thanks,

Frank

Thanks for the follow-up.  I made a change to my design and actually deleted the whole sketch, so it's not an issue for me anymore.

Is this still a bug that you intend to fix or did I do something wrong that caused this?

Hi SGoldthwaite,

The problem should not be related with your modeling operations. We think the tolerance issues might come with previous implementation of sketch colinear constraint. So this is a bug of Fusion 360. Now the current implementation of Sketch colinear constraint should have fixed this problem. So you can just "remove and re-add" the colinear constraint again to fix this problem.

Thanks,
Frank
