Outdoor trees/bushes for fusion 360

I’m using auto desk fusion 360 to design so outdoor street furniture. As part of this I’m designing a box planter to accommodate a small tree.

Is it possible to get trees/bushes to put in a library in fusion?
If so, how would I go about doing that?
Many thanks

Hi Jordan,

you can do a search for free 3d trees and as long as there is an obj file type option available you should be good to go.

I got these from https://free3d.com/3d-model/trees-saplings-low-poly-83892.html and was able to get the trees into Fusion without any problem,

I uploaded the obj file through the data panel and opened them in Fusion and added a a few appearance materials.Screen Shot 2017-10-27 at 12.43.17 PM.png

hope this helps,

Users beware I just downloaded a free bunch of trees from this website.

When I got them into Fusion it wasn't at alll happy with the imported model due to lot's of open geometry / incomplete surfaces, etc.

After trying to manipulate the Tree models it crashed Fusion so badly I had to reinstall it.

In fact initially it wouldn't even uninstall. Took me a good hour to get Fusion working again after a lot of faffing about!
