I noticed after editing a sketch on an inclined plane Orbit doesn't work correctly, if you click the home view icon it goes back to normal. Screencast and file below.
Thanks Mark.

Hi @HughesTooling ,
Thank you for reporting your issue!
I've tried to reproduce this issue, I couldn't figure out it. so I created a new file that followed your ways. could you test again by using my model? please see the attached file.
Does it happen in every models?
And I normally use this option. what is your preference option? is it the same? (I've already tested all shortcuts (Fusion, Inventor,...but I couldn't reproduce it)
I look forward to your reply.
Many thanks!
Hi Ahreum
I've tried your file and get the same problem. One thing to note, when you edit the sketch you need to zoom in
Screencast using your file.
Here's my settings, I'm using a PC.
I also have Auto Look at sketch enabled,
Mark

Hi @HughesTooling,
Thank you for sharing your information.
I tried this issue many times on my PC but it sometimes happened. Finally, I figured out it always reproduced on my peers PC.
So I reported this issue to development team(FUS-27975). I'll get back to you as soon as I receive any response.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Many thanks,
I don't know if this will solve your issue, but while in the Free Orbit command do a long left click where you would like the center of orbit to be.

Shift+click works for me to set the orbit point.

There is no problems with constrained orbit, free one is bugged.
At screencast below you can see incorrect behaviour of free orbit up to 0:10 time and proper after orbit style change.

Are there any unresolved issues indicated in your Timeline?
Well, there is workaround (change orbit style twice, as i did at 0:13), but its really annoyng for me, 'cause i do it too often. I cant say all the reasons, when this bug rises, i do it after every new model load and after some scetch change.
I know this is an old thread but the problem still has not been fixed. Thought you might be interested in a writeup I posted on the conditions that cause it and a few ways to work around it temporarily.
It's been suggested on a few threads that this strange tilt is how it's supposed to work since we haven't set a target...there's no way because it's not even consistent.
