Open Details On Web option doesn't show up at all

I am attempting to follow along the lessons introducing Fusion 360, and I am on #4, "Fusion Team and Sharing" and the instructions are to open version 4 of the steering-wheel file and "Open Details On Web" -- problem is, that option isn't even there. So does anyone know an alternative way to access it? 

 

This is what I see on my screen when I click on the little "V4" tag: Note that "Open Details on web" is completely absent.
