How do you create multiple offset pipes? If I create multiple splines paths in sketch and then try to choose all of them to turn into pipes, inly one pipe is created and all the other splines disappear.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I went ahead and made a screencast showing how I made offset splines to create offset pipes. Once I made my first pipe, the sketch became hidden (indicated by the lightbulb turning off next to my "Sketch1" in the browser tree.) Then I just repeated my "Create Pipe" command to all my splines in order to create them all. The screencast showing how I did this can be found at the following link:

Hopefully this answered your question and if not let me know and I'd be more than happy to clarify further! If it did feel free to mark this answer as a solution so others experiencing a similar problem can benefit from this thread!

Hope this helped,

Happy to help, @Anonymous! Did you have any other questions, or did my last post clear it all up for you?

James,

I am very eager to learn Fusion 360 but keep getting stuck on small things. I am not sure if this is me or the program; most likely me. Is there anyone you know who can walk me through a simple project so I can get up to speed more quickly? I am happy to pay for their time!

Thanks,

Jonathan

Hi @Anonymous,

I personally couldn't teach you for money, but what I can do is show you some really great resources that helped me learn Fusion 360 very quickly! The first resource to try out  is the Step-by-Step tutorials if you haven't already. These can be found in the Help menu in the top-right corner of your screen (looks like a question mark). I'd walk through all of those, as those are really helpful.

This link below also contains some really great training modules (can be found if you scroll down a little in the post):

Also, on top of all of that, Fusion 360 comes built in with some Samples, as well as a link to some training. You can find that in your Data Panel within Fusion 360.

These are all really great resources to use and learn from. I learned Fusion mostly by running through these tutorials. I'll be honest, some stuff won't come easy, but that's what's great about the Fusion 360 Community! If you have a problem that you can't figure out, you can post in the forum and more than likely you will get multiple users that can help you out. All you have to do is ask.

I really hope this helps, and if not feel free to let me know and I'll see if I can't dig up some more tips and tricks for you.

Happy Fusioning!
