Offline Mode not working / Authentication Error

I am getting the following error when trying to launch Fusion 360 - afterwhich it immediatley exists.

 

Because my company's firewal has issues talking to Fusion's cloud service - I usually run offline, but suddenly this no longer works. As you can see from the second image, I have all my network ports disabled.

 

Why isn't is just letting me launch and work in "offline" mode?

Hi @bkgoodman

Are you sure that its a firewall and not a proxy server that is causing the issues? Can you access http://myhub.autodesk360.com in a browser?

 

The offline mode for Fusion allows users to work in disconnected environments like when they are traveling or on a shopfloor without web access, it is not designed to run disconnected for long periods of time. Fusion is also licensed from the cloud so you need to be online every 2 weeks to ensure that you are still authorized to run the product. What is the last time you were online in Fusion?
