Your Windows based computer must meet four requirements, as well as the Fusion 360 system requirements, to install.
- You must be a FULL Administrator of your system. If you are unsure, follow this website instructions to run your Windows 10 as a full administrator. IF you do not like this instruction source, search for another.
- I believe you should temporarily disable User Access Control (UAC) for the administrator account during the installation. UAC settings can be found under the User Account in the Control Panel of your system. See screen capture below.
- Your firewall must be configured to allow the application proper access. You can configure Windows firewall for Autodesk Fusion 360 operation and installation, follow this website instructions
- If you have an Anti-Virus application running, as most do, temporarily disable it during the installation process.
If you think you have a partial installation, I would recommend to use the Autodesk Fusion 360 clean uninstall tool before trying to re-install. It can be found here.
