No annotation toolbar in Fusion 360 in my 2d drawing space.

I have no option to edit my dimension styles in fusion,, I believe it should be at the bottom next to the pan and zoom tools. See Image

This sort of change is always spelled out in the what's new. After every update you should see a green banner in Fusion that has a link to the what's new. Well worth a few moments to read about the latest update you are about to use.
