As shown in the image, so far I have 2 profiles, and a surface. My first try is to use sweep from the arch looking curve, but not sure how to handle the other end to get it to blend into the curved body. Any suggestions?

First thing is to attach your model so the Forum users can take a look and give you some suggestions using your work.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.

Thanks,
I created a simplified model to demonstrate what I am trying to do. Basically want to close the surface to sketch 1 smoothly.

Attached is my attempt to satisfy your requirements.  I found it easier to create two Lofted Surfaces and Stitch them together.
