New hobbyist joint question

I am trying to model a flywheel, piston and cylinder with linckage but when I try to joint the piston and cylinder I get an error. Joint conflict. I am not sure how to share the drawing so you all can see what I am trying to do. Would appreciate a point in a direction so I can figure it out

Thanks Much and Happy Holidays

If you can share your model, someone here will definitely help.  Usually this error means that you already have some joints in your model that are trying to position components in ways that conflict with the new joint.  But, without seeing the model, it's hard to say.

Thanks,

Thanks Jeff, I figured it out. I had the push rod at the crank shaft pin set as a rotational joint where is should have been a cylindrical. Confusing as it does rotate around the crank pin as the flywheel turns but it must conflict as the flywheel rotates about its axis.

For future houw do I share a project with the community when (I am most sure) I need a nudge in the right direction?

Thanks again, happy holidays
